The external AV (Dell touch screen monitor and Logitech camera/mic) is connected to Dell Dock D6000. And our PC connect to Dell Dock D6000 with USB C type cable.

Withtout this connection, default audio device is working properly during Teams meeting on PC but all device is not showing(disappeared) suddenly whenever I connect to external AV.

Strangely, all devices seem to work normally in device manager, but the audio devices built into the PC, including the external AV, also disappear in MS teams. Please check the attached image.

I installed Dell Dock D6000 driver, but the problem cannot be fixed.

There are users in the company with the same problem, but there are also employees who don't have the problem. Of course, all PCs are using the same PC model (Dell Latitude 5330) and programs (Windows 10, security patch, and MS Teams version).

Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

    Hi @DJKI (Dae Joong Kim)

Are the affected users using the same USB devices?

Please refer to this documentation and check if the devices are listed as supported devices: USB audio and video devices certified for Microsoft Teams
If not, the possible cause of this issue may be that these devices are not supported.
