I recently switched to azure pay as you go method to learn some new stuffs but I always delete all my resources after I am done.
But today when I checked there are many new resources showing and due to that my billing charges are increased a lot.
I know for sure that I didnt created those.
What can I do now.?

If no one else has access to your subscription then I would suspect your account has been compromised. If this is the case, you should reset your passwords and check Azure AD for any additional user accounts that may have been created. You should also look at enabling multi-factor authentication.
