OCR With Power Automate Desktop

Question

I want to do OCR using power automate desktop but I can't do it because I have some problems which are :

1. The OCR menu on the Power Automate desktop is different from the version last year or 2 years ago, where in that version there is a sub menu Create Tesseract OCR Engine, and this sub menu is not found in the latest version of Power Automate
2. I tried to do the OCR using the computer vision menu, but to use this feature I have to enter the subscription key which can be obtained through Microsoft Azure, but I can't find it. Can this only be accessed if I have subscribed to Microsoft Azure, while the account I use is a paid account.

Any suggestion about my problem?
