Unauthorised changes blocked

Hi there.
Using win 10 for ages now and never had that issue before.
Whatever i get, new game, new program, when i start it im getting a notification in the right bottom corner Virus and Threat protection that Unauthorised changes blocked and it says click to see settings
And when i click it, theres nothing in the Protection History... So lets say im starting a new game and i cant even save options before everytime i start that game im gettign the same notification Unauthorised changes blocked
