How to include directory extensions in access token on Azure AD B2C (Using Client Credential FLow)

I'm using Client Credential on Azure AD B2C for authenticating between two apps (service to service) but I want to include some information in access token for specific application. I have created directory extension but how to include it in access token with Azure B2C ?

Please let me know the way to do it or give me some keywords I'll do it by my self
