Someone is repeatedly trying to access or hack My Microsoft account ...help?

I first noticed this a year ago when someone managed to hack in to my gmail account and from there they got my Microsoft account password as well as a bunch of others..including my banking...it caused me all kinds if grief...I resolved all of this by changing all my passwords and adding two factor authentication to Google and I added Microsoft authenticator app to my phone...and this was all I was told that I could do...but since that day.. No one has succeeded in hacking my gmail...but If I look at my security section in Microsoft account...it shows unsuccessful login attempts every single day since the first incident...and it shows about 2 or 3 unsucessfil logins....every single min...and they show up from randome places all around d the world...different IP addresses...even different t devices.. .all of this. Greatly concerns me because of the hell I went through the first time..and also because it shows a great deal of determination as well as sophistication is being used to attack the password on my account ..and I'm guessing its automated cause people sleep.....now I'm not a genius in any way...but I know enough to know that 3 times a min ...times 365 days means that eventually they will guess the right password...and they have...twice now in the last year..

And I can find no support for this other than Microsoft generic reply to change password...and add authenticator app

..which have both been done twice now...today being the second successful automatic sync or login or hack that has worked for them!

Solo I'm extremely worried cause automatic sync means they got all my Microsoft infornation

..again....and from what I know atm...there's nothing else I can do..according to Microsoft..cause..".I can't control what other people do"..

Well I gotta say firstly I find this absolutely ridiculous that there is no real support page or person to even talk to about this...and even more ridiculous that a billion dollar company like Microsoft that employs so many genius level people with so many products...that the only answer they have for this situation is basically to keep changing my password after someone gets all my info..?? And i have multijple devices ...email accounts

And....subscriptions......with payment methods...that are saved in my account..

And I no longer trust it...or want to trust putting any info in to it...but I can't cancel it either cause its necessary to keep everything running .from devices..email..even direct deposit e transfers..banking....otherwise I would cancel it..

So lemme add I am very frustrated ..upset..and dismayed that this can even be happening and more so because there is no support or any real recourse available from Microsoft for me to deal with this...which is abdolutely rediculous...

I should add that when this happened with my gmail account it wasn't easy to get support...but after a few hoops Google did have a team of people that deal with acvounts being hacked...bit it wasn't easy to contact them...

So I'm wondering if microsoft does too? And how to co tact them?

So any help ..suggestions ..someonee to contact...etc..?

Will be greatly appreciated..

Thanx

    Hi Travis,

This is a common problem since a few months - it is called MFA Fatigue attack.

Changing the username for your account to something obscure should stop it. Try this:

Create an alias for login purposes only. Designate this alias as the primary alias at:

    https://account.live.com/names/manage

then disable sign-in capability for the other aliases here:

    https://account.live.com/SignInPreferences

You can still send and receive email from the old address. Keep the new alias secret. Do not use the new alias for anything except login.

When someone tries to login to your account, they will receive a message that the username does not exist. They can't hack your account if they don't know your username.

Be careful to not REMOVE your email address at the first screen. There you only want to create the new alias (click on add email) then make the new alias Primary (click on Make primary, NOT Remove).

Hope that helps, and rely on us for any further inquiries. All the best.
