When I check my server in SharePoint, it show "Upgrade available", what we need to do?

The “Upgrade available” means that there is a newer patch available at the SharePoint Updates page than the one installed on your SharePoint farm.
First,check the Farm version is the latest and make sure windows updates are up to date on these servers. In addition,the administrator content database may need to be upgraded, you can upgrade the components in the management center database.
