Outlook create a lot of draft folder, which are not deletedable. How can I force deletion.

How often are the folders created?
Are the folders created after any particular event or thing you are doing?
Outlook desktop app?

In order to further confirm the problem, please provide more information about your issue:
- Does this issue occur in Outlook client? If so, what's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
- Please log into web mail to check if the issue still continues.
- Do other users around you encounter the same issue?
- What's the type of your account? (POP/IMAP/Exchange)

Does this issue occur in OWA?
And is such a folder still being generated on the Outlook client?In order to further confirm if the issue is related to the Outlook of the user's computer, it's suggested that you could configure the user's account in other users' Outlook to check if the issue still exists.

tha problems is in OWA also. If he use an other Computer it steill occures.Greeting
