I deployed a very simple python web app developed with Falcon framework, with source code hosted on an Azure DevOps repo, but default azure page is still showing up. Checked the deployment logs but no errors. Here is my project structure:

Root
      |
      AzureWebAppBackend
                     |
                     __init__.py
                     app.py
                     module1.py
                     module2.py
     requirements.txt
     startup.txt

startup.txt has the following command line code written in it :

                                    gunicorn --bind=0.0.0.0 --timeout 600 --chdir AzureWebAppBackend app:app

Has anybody faced this issue before?

thanks in advance for your help

@Luca Franzoni Can you please verify that your site files were successfully deployed by locating them on the web app storage?

To view your web app's storage:

    1. go to portal.azure.com
    2. Locate your web app in the portal
    3. Select the 'advanced tools' blade
    4. Select 'go'
    5. Select 'debug console' and then 'cmd'
    6. Navigate to where you expect to find your site files to ensure they are actually landing in the web app

If you see your site files, let us know so we can move onto the next step with you.
