Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

During Teams meeting the host cannot See Participant Camera In Teams.

This started happening almost a month ago, we cannot see participant video in Teams Desktop App.

If we use Teams Web Client, it works fine without any issues. But this does not happen all the time though, it is intermittent issue but cannot be reproduce with few tries.

There was no network changes made in last 2 months. It is happening only when we are using our conference room machines (intune managed). It is not happening with all other local machines.

    Hi @Iniobong Nkanga

Can it be used if it is not managed?

According to your description, there may be a problem with the meeting room equipment. You could try resetting your device to see if that works. To narrow it down, here are some

    troubleshooting you could try:

    • Check if the host has a problem with changing a computer device.
    • Check your drivers. When your camera isn't working in Windows 10 (or if you're using an external webcam), it might be a problem with your drivers.
    • Check if your camera is in use. To make sure you can use your camera in Teams.
    • Check for Windows and driver updates.
