Getting error when scheduling exam which missed to renewed

Hi,
I am trying to register for AZ 104 exam and getting the below error:

50080: Our records indicate that you have already taken this exam. You can only retake this exam if you previously failed it or it meets Microsoft’s exam retake policy.

I have certified for this earlier and my earlier certification got expired and missed to renew. So I want to take this again now and getting above error.

When tried reaching Pearson asking to book the exam for me, they are asking for a voucher ( I have linked my work account and eligible for 100% discount but dont have a voucher for that)

Can you please help
