I am trying to get Minecraft Education edition to load, and it is coming up with the error, "We cannot connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again." I have narrowed it down to what OU the user account is in. I have checked the GPOs and there aren't software restrictions based on one group to the other. I'm wondering if anyone can provide some feedback. Maybe there is something I am missing.

I wanted to post on here due to the issue being directly involved with the User account in AD. The software runs perfectly when I move the User account to one OU and doesn't when moved to another. I will also be posting in those forums to try and get answers from all sides.
The software vendor (or forums) will be your best resource for troubleshooting problems with the software.
