Synapse Pipeline is failing with below error.

I'm doing a bulk insert operation in synapse Analytics from HANA. And the pipeline is failing with below error. Can someone please tell me how to solve this problem. Strange in QA env it is working as expected.
Failure happened on 'Sink' side. ErrorCode=SqlOperationFailed,'Type=Microsoft.DataTransfer.Common.Shared.HybridDeliveryException,Message=A database operation failed. As I understand your ask, you are getting error "Column count in target table does not match column count specified in input. "
This error signifies that during insert operation, Source and Sink columns are not matching. You have to ensure that the columns in the table or your INSERT statement match the values you are inserting.
In your current environment, check the target Table schema and columns if they comply to the Source.
