Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) problem.

I'm able to successfully connect to my work computer when both my work computer and my personal computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi, but as soon as I come home, it won't connect at all.

I am using Cisco Connect to connect to the VPN when I'm home, but when I try to use RDC to connect to my work desktop, I am unable to and get the error "Remote Access to the server is not enabled". There is no issue with my work desktop, my work has 16 other people working remotely that are not running into the issues that I am.

I have done every single solution pertaining to RDC, I'll attach the links of the solutions I've done below.

At this point I'm wondering if it's a problem with how my computer is connecting through an outside Wi-Fi.

I don't know what else to do.

Thanks
