Whatever Name I gave it is not allowing and not able to create web app, Please suggest.

@sns Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A, apologize for the inconvenience caused on this. I have tried to create the webapp with same name in my subscription looks like the dns name webapp123-nextopssfgssss is available as shown below.

Could you please retry operation using Azure PowerShell cmdlet like New-AzWebApp or Azure CLI cmdlet az webapp create and let us know if you still face the issue.
