How can I show plain email addresses instead of sender name?

Hello,

the company I work for is receiving many spam emails from people who seemingly work at our company, at least that's indicated by the sender name. We'd get a mail from a person/bot/whatever named <Our boss>, saying to do something, and it's actually kinda believable until you look at the address the email was sent from.

As you can guess, this is not great, but the dange of falling for one of those would be a lot smaller if we could just change the way the sender is shown in each message preview to simply their email address.
However, this seems to have been impossible in the past, as this post from 2011 indicates. I can't believe that this very basic functionality hasn't been resolved by now, though, so I'm asking once again: how can I set up Outlook to show the sender's email address instead of their 'name'?
