My team using bing ads API.
We have DEVELOPER_TOKEN & CLIENT_ID.
We encounter an issue when we wanted to generate a new refresh token.

It appears just one user has the permissions to pass the response URI browser part.
means - just one user can pass the part of the browser authentication.
I'm referring to this part: "please enter the response URI that includes the authorization 'code' parameter:

What do we need to do in order to add an additional user in our organization that will have the permissions so pass the response URI part?
