Migrating From QnAMaker gives declined scores

We migrated a few KBs from QnAMaker with the the following approaches,
- Exporting the KB and Importing into the Language Source
- Using the Migration Tool.
Both of these approaches led us to a bot which wasn't able to answer the questions as good as QnAMaker.
Question which yield confidences of 90+ are yielding <40.
Is there a reason behind it?
What would be the action suggested from our side?

Thanks for reaching out to us, are you mentioning you are seeing low accuracy after migrating to new Language Service? Could you please give us some examples so that we can reproduce the problem?
