Hello,

Install Software Step is running for long hours and it does not end during OSD
. Please help me how to check what is causing the issue.

    Either exclude the CI unique id of the update in question from your SUG or don't install updates as part of imaging process. Better to service the OS image with latest CU and install all other updates after imaging is complete.
