Approvals Hub Changes?

About two weeks ago, our users noticed that there was a change to the Approvals App in Teams. When an approval is assigned to multiple people (and is set to everyone must approve), the approval still shows as Requested in the Approvals hub, even if that person has already approved it. This is causing a lot of confusion and frustration. Any ideas?

    1.Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization? Yes, it was reported by several users and I was able to recreate that I had the same problem
    2.Did you do any operations before this issue occurred? No, I was working on migrating those flows into a solution, but this was reported to have started about two weeks ago, before I touched the flows
    I found the official documentation for creating an approval flow that requires everyone's approval, and you can follow the steps to test if the issue persists.

    Also, to narrow it down further, try using Approvals in the Teams client to see if the issue exists.
    --The problem is in the Teams client.

    Does web client also have this problem? Yes, the web client also has the problem
    Can other apps work in the Teams client? Other apps are working as expected
    In addition, the following conditions are required to use Approvals: Approvals are working - it's that it's changed I think
