Creation d'un compte azure

Hello Team AZURE,
La Côte d'Ivoire à mis a jour sa numérotation téléphonique. Elle passe de 08 chiffres à 10 chiffres. A cause de cet detail je n'arrive pas à creer mon abonnement gratuit de 12 mois.
Besoin d'aide
