NPS not supplying the VLAN information to the switch

Trying to implement 802.1X Cert based vlan.

The client seems to authenticate but only get IP address from default vlan 1 however NPS not supplying the VLAN information to the switch not sure why.

The user account is assigned to get IP address from Vlan 97

Please look at the below screen shots.
