Azure Data Box - change Tracking Number

Hello,

We created a Azure Data Box export Job and sent our HDD to MS.

Because of a mistake on the Delivery the TAX was configured to be paid by MS....

We contacted the carrier but there was no possibility to change this Setting so we had to cancel the delivery.

We would like to send the HDD again but it will get another Tracking Number

Is it possible to change the Tracking Number in the Azure Portal or should be we send the package anyway ?

If not, is there a possibility to cancel the whole jop ?

    Regarding changing the tracking number, I do not believe this is something that can be done in the Portal. I would suggest you reach out to Azure Support team directly regarding this. Cancelling the whole job may not be the best idea as you will have to recreate the job yourself again. Hope this helps. Thank you!
