Hi @Aravind Mamillapally ,

Based on my research, you could add custom attributes (Azure AD has 15 extension custom attributes available ) to users. However, if you want to make the custom attributes for users while searching, this means the attributes need to be added into the user's profile in Microsoft 365.

Currently this kind of feature is a preview feature, and could only be done via Microsoft Graph API (Preview), and the custom attributes in the user's profile when searching is limited to Outlook Web App. For your reference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/add-properties-profilecard.

Please kindly understand that here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and know little about graph.
