Certification Missing from Learning Profile

Question

I completed a Microsoft Exam on Tuesday in a Pearson Vue test centre which should show on my learning profile under transcript and certifications but it's not there. Is there any way this can be fixed, please?

I have a report that shows that I passed

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
