Windows server 2019 activation issues
Hello,
We purchased approximately 121 days ago 2 servers from supermicro. I have a cd with key that was delivered to me, I installed the key and had to use the offline activation wizard to activate the software at the time of install do to us having no network connectivity. well we were going through our servers the other day and one server stated it wasent activated. so we tried to go through the offline activation again for the server. However this time we received an error stating that the software was installed on too many different devices. We installed 2 RAID cards after the activation, causing a different installation ID to be generated. How can i get past this error even though its never been installed anywhere else?
Thanks!
John P.

2022-12-03T16:14:37.45+00:00 I did use this and the offline activation website tells me that the software has been activated on too many devices already. Its the same device that the software was installed on when we received the server.
