Cannot contact support due to "problem with authentication"

Question

I made a new account on azure.com and have a problem with student verification, so I would like to contact the support, but the support page is broken.

I get the following error message (partially in German, but I think the core problem is in the English part):

Probleme im Portal beim Abrufen eines Authentifizierungstokens. Die gerenderte Funktionalität ist möglicherweise beeinträchtigt.

I am not associated with any business that would aminister my account. I am a university student but I am not using a university account (I don't think my uni is a Microsoft customer), I just want to have an account as a private person and get verified as a student, ultimately to use the Bing News API for an NLP research project for uni.
