Filing Microsoft exam incident report on exam which never loaded / started

Microsoft Exam SC-900 never started during Person Vue session December 2, 2022

Scheduled Microsoft exam SC-900 with Pearson VUE. Used voucher code (pre-paid).
Exam would not load during Pearson VUE session (home) due to error: "Microsoft Edge can't read and write to its data directory*

Only thing the Pearson Vue proctors could do was to restart the exam and again same error. Finally the time my session code was valid for was up. I now have not taken the test, it does not show up on my MCID Certification page, and the voucher code (now trying to re-schedule) says it already was used. Pearson View page and FAQ just keeps referring to Microsoft support.

How can I get another voucher for the test (SC-900) which would not load due to the browser EDGE error?? : "Microsoft Edge can't read and write to its data directory*
