is there any option for adding permission into the SMTP server receive connector for a specific user account?

Only specific users can send by SMTP server which we allowed.

There is no option to prevent on--prem users from using SMTP authentication for on-prem servers - nor can you scope a receive connector to only certain accounts.

You can, however, scope a receive connector to specific IPs

Actually, my requirement Application can not send any mail using the Exchange SMTP server without authentication.

How can I enable this, what would be the received connector setting for the SMTP server?
    Need help or suggestions
