I have completed Azure fundamentals but still, i haven't received a certificate

Please let me know how to get the certificate of azure fundamentals

    Login with your same Microsoft credentials which you used to book exam and see if you able to see the certificate here -
    https://www.microsoft.com/learning/dashboard.aspx

    In certiport site I am able to see the result but nothing on certification from Microsoft side
