Having trouble rescheduling AZ-900 exam

My certification exam was paid for and scheduled for tonight remotely via pearsonvue. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes for check in. I was next in line then I get a pop up that says “sorry an error has occurred, please contact customer service”. I’m having a lot of trouble getting through their chat, having wait times of over an hour with no notifications. Is there any way to reschedule other than the Pearsonvue chat?
