When we look itemized cost on microsoft partner canter, what is quantity and how estimated cost is calculated?

    Quantity is how many units you have used, the type of unit that is used will vary based on the service, but is shown in the unity column. So Bastion data transfer is charged per 1Gb units, and you have used 0.138, or 138MB. The cost is the quantity times the unit cost minus any free allowance. Your usage is in the free allowance, so there is no cost.

    If we look at this picture, all top 6 resources using same type of unit but why the quantity is different?

    Quantity is a metric which is used to identify the consumption of the service. It definitely varies for each service based on how much they were consumed.
