Dear Expert,
I could not be able to communicate with IIS server system from my local system.
I have disabled the firewall and uninstalled the Anti-virus from both systems. Also, disabled the proxy from local system.
Can someone please guide or instruct me how to resolve this issue.

Please check the ClientLocation.log, LocationServices.log on the client side and the BGBServer.log on the MP for further information as Garth mentioned.
