Windows Update & Activation without internet

Question

I have a several Server (Windows server 2016 & 2019) in my organization. Due to unavoidable reason we can not allow internet on those servers. Now if I want to activate windows server with product key which specific URL/IP is require to allow in offline server so that they can activate without internet. Manual task like script or mobile verification wont be work here. Also i need to update windows server with windows auto update feature.

with above scenario ,

1. Is there any URL/IP help us to activate windows server without Internet.
2. Is there any URL/IP hep us to update windows server with windows auto update feature.

You could setup KMS. Volume Licensing customers can use KMS, MAK, or a combination of each to activate systems in their organization

Thank you for your concern. But it needs to be automatic process rather than manual download and install it.

You can try using phone activation

as to updates you can transfer over manual downloads or possibly stand up a site WSUS server.
