Error on Network Check While Microsoft Certification Exam

Hi,
I have exam at 5 pm today and I was checked-in half an hour before exam. Unfortunately I got error on Network Check Page

Now it is 5:30 pm and still I am trying to my best to resolve that but not able to succeed So Please Suggest what i do . Can I reschedule it.

Even I tried to contact to Customer Care of Personal Vue but they are saying that :- "All customer are busy Please stay online..."

Please help me here. I worked hard for that exam.
