Video Streaming issue on the day of exam with Pearson Vue

Hello Team,

I was having my exam today at 14.15 GMT with Pearson Vue Online exam for Az-900. I had all my system tests done 2 days before exam both on my personal and Work(just in case) laptop. But, when I tried to check in(again tried both personal & work) before my exam time, I had error in video streaming functionality. I tried contacting the Pearson Vue via Chat but I had no response back. As per rules, I will be considered absent for exam when I was actually waiting for my exam. I have been calling Pearson Vue customer service since then but no luck to talk to any agent. I was on a wired connection as well and did try restart twice of both Laptop and Router. I even tried via my mobile data but nothing worked. I doubt if this is something to do in my end when all my test worked 1 day before. Please can I check if this an issue Pearson Vue end( as I get no response from OnVue).

Please can I request for an option to reschedule instead of absence.
