Azure Boards: Is it possible to use multiple conditions (based on other fields) to set the value of a work item within?

Question

I need to set the value of a fields based on two others (derived from a severity matrix). For example: if Field 1 = Low and Field 2 = Likely Field 3 = Medium. Field 3 can only be populated based on the interaction of fields 1 and 2 though. Is it possible to either a. combine fields 1 and 2 into a single field that can field 3 can read or another way to set based on two conditions? From what I see you can only have one when "the value of equals..."
