About rescheduling the exam because the network connections test failed.

Hi Team,

I was scheduled to take the Microsoft Azure-104 exam yesterday. I tried navigating through the link provided in the PearsonVUE mail to start the test. After passing the system test it was checked for network connectivity and it threw an error. I could not attempt the test as the network connectivity test did not pass even after switching between different networks. I have attached the screenshot of the error message for your reference.
Please consider this problem and help me reschedule the exam by solving this problem.
