Remote Desktop Connection failing from Windows 10 to Ubuntu Server

I am having issues establishing a remote desktop connection from a Windows 10 client system to an Ubuntu server. XRDP has been installed on the Ubuntu (20.04) server and firewall rules are updated to allow remote access.

I am running Windows 10 Enterprise version 22H2 on my client system. When I attempt to establish a Remote Desktop Connection to the Ubuntu system, I get the following warning (attachment #1):

Continuing on I get the following error (attachment #2):

Can anyone give me some ideas on how I can fix this problem? I am able to successfully open remote desktop connections to the Ubuntu server via RDP from a separate Windows 2016 machine. I suspect it may have to do with certain settings on my Windows 10 client.
