I want to download my certificate

Question

Hello. I'd like to download my certificate. However I only had a Microsoft Learn account while i did the exam. When I visit the certificates tab under my profile it said that I had to add a personal account in order to access my certificates. I did that and now it says this is not a certification profile. How do I make it a certifacation profile?

Actually i've completed my cloud course can you please issue my certificate.
