I am trying to connect to the handpunch 3000 through the BF 430 TCP/IP Converter, but I get this error: "Unable to connect to device, Unable to get reader status," knowing that the connection was successful and I have done some operations as getting log data from machine.
I would deeply appreciate it if you helped me solve this problem or provided me with suitable documentation or a solution that helped me solve this problem.
