Non TPM windows 11 not doing updates

Question

I have successfully installed a NON TPM Windows Pro 11 on my pc
it did the first 21H2 big update but since it fails to do these security updates
These updates are not installing: KB5019961, KB5019157 how to I block them to stop showing up so that other updates will show up?

As per Microsoft:

Installing Windows 11 on PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements is not recommended and may result in compatibility issues. If you proceed with installing Windows 11, your PC will no longer be supported and won't be entitled to receive updates.
