AutoRun Will Not Run on USB

I am trying to create an autorun USB but the autorun.inf does not run when I plug the USB in. the code on the file is:
[AUTORUN]
Open=UsbData.BAT
Action=Start UsbData
I do not know why it fails to run as the .bat file is spelled correctly. And AutoRun is enabled on my computer.
If anyone has suggestions that would be great.
