If you have overclocked CPU for gaming, then reset that.
Make sure no overheating is there.

When I boot up a modern video game, say Modern Warfare 2022, the two monitors I have will seemingly randomly, and simultaneously, lose signal to the computer (while the game can still be heard running (although not receiving control inputs) and calls on Discord function fine still).
