- Do you want to provide access to the application for specific users and groups?
As far as I know, setting up Teams app policies in the admin center is only about controlling user installation of apps. If you want to assign permissions to a specific application, you'll need to go to Azure Active Directory to see the details. You could assign a policy for a specific application as follows.
- Sign into the Azure portal using one of the roles listed in the prerequisites section.
- Select Azure Active Directory, and then select Enterprise applications.
- Select the application that you want to restrict access to.
