Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

Our Teams App permission policy 'Digital Workplace Team' is not assigned to users but cannot be deleted in UI

As described above the policy cannot be removed, stating that it is assigned to one or more users.

Although user assignments of active users have been removed. Please advise.

    Hi @Iniobong Nkanga
According to your description, I have the following questions to confirm with you:

    1. Where did you assign this strategy?
    2. Do you want to provide access to the application for specific users and groups?

As far as I know, setting up Teams app policies in the admin center is only about controlling user installation of apps. If you want to assign permissions to a specific application, you'll need to go to Azure Active Directory to see the details. You could assign a policy for a specific application as follows.

    • Sign into the Azure portal using one of the roles listed in the prerequisites section.
    • Select Azure Active Directory, and then select Enterprise applications.
    • Select the application that you want to restrict access to.
