MAGNIFIER ERROR

Magnifier only displays a black colour when I turn it on, how can I fix that, pls help!!! 268156-image.png

Hi ANPETER-4547,

In this scenario, please boot your machine to safe mode and test the application. we can also try to perform a SFC scan and restart the machine.

Please update with your findings.

How long are you facing this issue ? Is this after any recent update or change that you made?

Have you made any changes in the settings of magnifier?

Turn off color inversion of magnifier and check.

1. Open Magnifier by clicking the Start button, clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, clicking Ease of Access, and then clicking Magnifier.
2. Click the Options button, and then select the Turn off color inversion check box.
