What do the log say is happening?
SCCM and TS issue with "Just a moment", it stucks
Hi,
I created a TS to install Windows 10 build 22H2, it is working fine. But at the point "just a moment" on Windows stuck it a and go not on.
If I shutdown the the machine and reboot again, take a 4 minutes, then is finished.
Any Idea why and how can I resolve it?

The log is smst.log in x:\Windows\temp\SMSTLog.
If you want to view this log, make sure the Enable command support (testing only) option is enabled before deployment.
