Getting Errors while creating AzureAd devices from Graph Api

Hello Experts

I am currently trying to create AzureAd devices from Graph Api and i am following the microsoft doc for this

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/device-post-devices?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http

And i am getting error like Another object with the same value for property alternativeSecurityIds already exists. But there is no other device and created or enrolled in my tenant

No idea if i am not getting the error due to the wrong Device Id or other

Let me know the correct way of providing the device id

DeviceId is an unique identifier set by Azure Device Registration Service at the time of registration.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/device?view=graph-rest-1.0#properties

Honestly, I'm not sure if we can get this deviceId before the device is registered in Azure AD. For such graph issue, it is suggested to create an intune premier ticket to get more help. Here is the support link:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/get-support#premier-and-unified-support-options
