I am getting errors when using Bing Custom Search

I have gone through and created a bing custom resource but I keep getting this error when I finish it.
message": "String does not match pattern ^[a-zA-Z0-9][a-zA-Z0-9_.-]*$: Bing Search. Paths in payload: '.path.accountName'

@Eric Vanderveer Is this error seen while creating a bing custom search resource from azure portal or while using the bing custom search API or the custom search console?
If this is seen while creating the resource, then a previous issue for similar error was reported where Japanese character support was not available. This error indicates the accountName field so is your account name using a different name in this case?
