Can't use training session Discount and give the exam AI-900

I would like to share my doubt on how I can’t give exam on the taken session using my session discount using the same email I used to attend the training session . As can’t find the detailed information about my training of AI-900 Fundamental in my session profile and in the exam discount too. Please reach out if you need more information, I shall be happy to assist in solving my problem sooner .
